From the perspective of the organizational school development, the institutional project is the most appropriate instrument, because it can be defined as a new ways of approaching the educational activity in an environment oriented towards decentralization, flexibility and openness to the school community. The institutional project has the advantage of being focused on key school issues, on its actual needs, and those who are defining for its development policy. Therefore, projects development is considered to be one of the most appropriate strategies for developing the educational organization.
